The President signed the Law «On Amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Non-Tax Revenues.»
It is noted that the purpose of the document is to ensure the timely payment, transparency, and accurate accounting of state fees collected by notaries into the state budget.
The law stipulates that the collected state fee is paid on the day of the notarial act and the issuance of documents with legal significance.
The document was adopted by the Zhogorku Kenesh on September 24, 2025.
