Electric bus production plant may be built in Bishkek

Mayor of Bishkek Aibek Dzhunushaliev arrived in Changde, China, for a working visit. The press service of the City Hall reported.

According to the press service, he inspected the CRRC Electric plant, which specializes in producing electric buses.

«The mayor studied modern technologies in the field of eco-friendly vehicles and explored opportunities for further cooperation to develop Bishkek’s transport infrastructure. He will meet with representatives of the plant and discuss the prospects for introducing electric transport in the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The possibility of building a similar electric bus production plant in Bishkek is also being considered,» the press service stated.
