The preliminary design was developed by architects from the Osh Regional Office of the Department of Urban Development and Architecture, the Ministry of Construction of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to the ministry, the architects have developed a preliminary design for a multi-story parking facility, which will be located in the eastern part of Osh, on Isanov Street. According to the design, the building will be five stories tall and will accommodate 125 cars.
