Kyrgyzstani Bakyt Kadyrov won a gold medal at the World Combat Jiu-Jitsu Championship held in Madrid, Spain.
He took first place in the CJJ competition in the 85-kilogram weight class, starting in the quarterfinals.
In his first bout, Kyrgyzstani defeated Alexey Zaytsev from Latvia with a score 10-0, and in the semifinals, he defeated Jose Fernandez from Spain.
In the final, Bakyt Kadyrov faced his opponent from Belgium, Michel Mercy, and confidently won with a score 10-0.
