Hyundai's subsidiary to employ Kyrgyzstanis

Kyrgyzstanis will be hired by Hyundai Sungwoo Metal, a subsidiary of the South Korean Hyundai Group. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

It is noted that the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Korea hosted a meeting with the representatives of this company, which specializes in the production of aluminum and steel wheel disks. Hyundai Sungwoo Metal meets up to 30 percent of the demand within Korea.

Applicants must have E-9 (unprofessional work visa) visa, H-2 (guest work visa for ethnic Koreans from the CIS countries and China at the age of 25, giving them the right to enter Korea freely and leave it without obtaining a special permit within three years with the possibility of extending the visa for two years in Korea), F-4 (a long-term five-year visa for ethnic Koreans). In the future, increase in jobs in the company for Kyrgyz citizens is possible.

«The company will provide relatively high wages and other cash benefits to the Kyrgyz workers with the provision of a full social package, housing, food, and other favorable working conditions," the Foreign Affairs Ministry said.
