Relative of Babanov receives loan of $ 17 million in RKDF

Deputy of Parliament Omurbek Babanov admitted that his relative received a loan of $ 17 million in the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund. The leader of the parliamentary faction Respublika-Ata Jurt told this today at a press conference.

According to him, one of his close relatives owns the shopping center «Asia Mall» on Aitmatov Avenue. «He asked me if he could apply to the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund. I said: Of course, why not? On market conditions." As far as I know, other shopping centers also took money there," Omurbek Babanov said.

He does not see anything reprehensible in the fact that his relative received a loan from the fund. «These are investments into the country. We just presented a pledge of $ 37 million and got $ 17 million," Omurbek Babanov said.
