38 percent of couples in Kyrgyzstan have certain problems with fertility — male or female. The Chief Operating Officer of Alliance for Reproductive Health NGO Galina Chirkina reported to journalists today.
According to her, Kazakh colleagues voice almost the same number.
«Therefore, there is a free service for in vitro fertilization for citizens of Kazakhstan today. Unfortunately, we still don’t have anything like that," Galina Chirkina said.
