The shareholders of Electric Stations OJSC approved the deal with Liglass Trading. The decision was made today at an extraordinary meeting.
As the shareholders told 24-kg.com news agency, some of those present called the deal dubious and voted against it. However, the project was approved by a majority of votes.
Recall, the government of Kyrgyzstan and Liglass Trading has already signed an agreement on the construction and commissioning of Ak-Bulun hydropower station and Naryn HPP 1 of the Upper Naryn cascade. The same company won the tender for the construction of ten small HPPs.
