Photo State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the KR
Competitions are held in the city of Ulyanovsk (Russia) on August 11-16. The athletes from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation take part. For today in the asset of the KR team there are 20 medals: six gold, seven silver and bronze. Our athletes climbed to the podium in tournaments on weight-lifting, mas-wrestling, sambo and archery.
Azat Tashtanbekov and Sergey Dolgalev became the champions of the Mas-wrestling tournament, Ekaterina Starikova became the champion of kettlebell lifting, Asel Sadyrova (twice) in archery and Kuban Tomotoyev. In the team event our team took the second place, the mas-wrestlers — the third.
