Kubanychbek Kulmatov was offered to head the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan. The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund confirmed this to 24-kg.com news agency.
Kubanychbek Kulmatov is still head of the RKFR, but he was nominated for the post of chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Earlier, he headed the State Customs Service, worked as an advisor to the president, plenipotentiary representative of the government in Chui oblast and the mayor of Bishkek.
